WHITES
Our range of White Masterbatches consists of a wide selection
of custom made and R.P. innovative whites along with the standard
whites available in the market. We understand that White is
the largest selling color and has an unlimited potential in
the market. Therefore, at R.P Industries, we keep updating
our collection beautifully by using the right amount of additives
& best quality Titanium which is the most essential ingredient
for the production of all White Masterbatches.
RP CHESS
White Master Batches
These Masterbatches are manufactured with different loadings
of titanium dioxide, the principle pigment. Grade upto 75%
titanium dioxides loading are offered for various applications.
Titanium Dioxide is in an excellent state of dispersion.
RP PREMIUM
White Master Batches
Masterbatches of this grade are made with a premium grade
of TiO2 for maximum brightness & opacity. We assure a
high quality product to achieve a dense white color &
opacity in an economical way.
BLACKS
Black Masterbatches are produced using oils with high hydrocarbon
content in them and fine particle carbon black as its main
element. We have, in stock, Black Masterbatches for use in
blow molding, LD/HD films, Nylon Chords, Food Contact objects,
Woven Sacks and for may more applications available as per your custom requests.
These master batches are manufactured using flushing technique
with carbon black loading of up to 50%. Pigments are in very
fine state of dispersion.
